NEXT GENERATION SWING
Next Generation Swing

Kettlebell changes are one of the best exercises for strengthening the glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, abdominals, and almost everything else. Dynamic loading and unloading the train of her body to generate the force required to move the bell between your legs toward your chest or shoulder height. Proper form is essential to avoid injury.
These tips will help maximize the potential for fat burning kettlebell swing!
- Hips not down! I can not say how many people have come to change that hurts your back. Inevitably, the reason is that they squat instead of pushing the hips ago.
- Try This - Put your hands on your hips, with the forefinger of each hand in the crease of the hip and the use hands to tilt the pelvis. To unlock the knees, but do not bend, just the unlock.
- Continue to push your hips backwards. At the same time, Keep your chest lifted and shoulder blades tight to the chin.
- Pop your hips forward and straighten the knees. Hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps and abdominals should be tight all the time growing. The basin is follow.
- If you make changes 1KB (2 hands or 1 hand) of the forearm (s) should touch the inner thigh through substantive motion. If the forearm (s) to pass between the knees, you're squatting (or possesses weapons and for me it's saying something)
- If you practice a more relaxed style can Come a little arm and relax a little around the middle and upper back, but the lower back stays flat!
- Activate your lats to keep shoulders down and packed
- The Shins remain vertical - Do not allow any movement below knee. This is reflected by the blade and is usually caused by weight change in the middle of the foot / heel of the foot. You should be able to lift feet of soil at any time during the swing.
- Extending upward (again, not down) will generate more energy load over the posterior chain. You can not go so deep / rear with 2 changes of hand.
- Swing to shoulder height or before the pitch, unless you work on high voltage variations. The change that I saw by making two changes hands head can be dangerous it is better to fly
- At the top of the arc does not swing back to excel. You can lie in healing to counter the buzzer, but the essential remains flat.
- Save your grip and hands. Do not squeeze the handle in a deadly embrace. For all but the heaviest (for you) the bell should be able to hold the hood Just keep your fingers curled and just push a bit through the switch back. The celebration tight housing at the base of the upper part of the palm below the fingers, resulting in much pain and suffering blisters and calluses ripped.
- Breathing should be natural. Do not force. Find a pace that works for you. Personally, my breathing pattern response to changes the amount of work I did. I tend to lower inhale and exhale through the recovery fresh, but when I'm tired I get a double blow. Exhale on the rise, rapid breathing in the rise, inhale exhale up, fast descent. It takes a little experimentation, but it is your natural breathing.
That's all for now. I hope these few tips to refine your swing so you can make the most of this year great!

I love the color and feel of my "old" Sony DSC F717. What is the next generation camera?
I know the f717 is old.. I just like the photos I take with it. Has Sony discontinued this model (with the swing down lens)? My mom gave me her Canon digital rebel but I just don't get the same colors and sharpness as with my Sony. Is there a next generation to the F717?
Yes, the F717 is discontinued. The next generation may be the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX1. Sorry, doesn't come in white.
